Healthwatch West Sussex is an independent consumer champion for health and social care. We want to ensure that patients understand changes to services. This leaflet aims to give clear information about the new Primary Care Networks ( PCN )

This reports on our Enter and View work carried, as part of our Hospital Visiting Programme. A team of five Authorised Representatives visited Worthing Hospital on Friday 29 March and St Richard’s Hospital on Friday 26 April 2019.
