About this event
The Rotary Club of East Grinstead Meridian will host a Community Health Event on Saturday 28th September 2019 in Sackville School, East Grinstead.
The theme of the event is ‘Fit for Life Showcase’: up to 40 health, wellbeing & fitness organisations will be represented on the day. Its aim is to help members of the community to improve their awareness of existing or potential health & fitness issues, and to help understand how to manage these issues and adopt a more healthy lifestyle, by giving direct advice and support, and by making available contact details for more specialist support.
The event is supported by East Grinstead Town Council, Mid Sussex District Council, West Sussex County Council, and Horsham & Mid Susses Clinical Commissioning group.
Everyone is welcome: the event is free, and is aimed at all adults whether fit or unfit, managing a condition or worried about their health, or just interested in health issues or want to get involved in supporting community health organisations.
