Explore a selection of exhilarating exercise activities that’ll leave you feeling energised and informed, whilst also having an opportunity to speak to a fantastic range of organisations to support you. As an added bonus we’ll provide a light lunch and some entertainment.
No booking or payment required, just turn up!
