Using technology to aid community palliative care survey

Healthwatch, Macmillan and NHS organisations across Sussex wants to ensure your voice is heard about palliative and end-of-life care.

Our survey aims to discover which technology you use currently, whether you use this for health-related issues, how easy you find it to use and why. We’re also interested in any potential barriers you’ve encountered in accessing or using digital technology.

If you, or a loved one are willing to join a group discussion, or have a one-to-one chat, we are keen to explore your views in more depth.

The survey closes on Tuesday 10th September 2024.

We’re extending a warm welcome to carers, family members,
and any individuals who wish to share their thoughts on specifically, digital and remote monitoring of patients at home.

Please support us by answering our survey.
