Chlamydia Online Self-testing

Rates for chlamydia online self-testing among young people in West Sussex are lower than other areas.

Healthwatch West Sussex has created a project to understand what local young people think about the low uptake of Chlamydia Testing, and to find out what might stop them from accessing testing.

If you’re aged 16-25 and living in West Sussex and would like to get your voice heard and help improve local Sexual Health services.

We’d like to know from young people what they think services can do differently to increase awareness and improve sexual health locally. You don’t need to have accessed sexual health services to take part in this survey.

This survey is completely anonymous. However, we will invite you to share your email address should you want to get involved in the next phase of this project and/or take part in our prize draw.

All participants aged 16 - 25 who enter our prize draw will have a chance win a £30 Amazon voucher!

Complete the anonymous survey

The closing date is midnight on 30th August 2024.
