The Olive Tree Cancer Support has been in existence for 28 years. The Crawley Centre is in the grounds of Crawley Hospital.

Home-Start is the local charity supporting families with children under 5. The Charity helps parents through their most difficult times by matching a trained volunteer with each family and working with them 1-2-1 to make life better.

Age UK East Grinstead & District, work with people aged 50+, to make a positive difference to their wellbeing. They deliver a variety of activities designed for older people.

This reports reflects the impact our Enter and View visits has had on the care environment at Princess Royal Hospital. Part of our Hospital Visiting Programme.

By working together with community organisations, we were able to understand and report issues people had experienced with the financial assessment process. Read how we followed-up on the recommendations to see how things are changing and improving.

The Sussex MS Centre is based in Southwick. Their vision is to work together to improve the mental and physical health, wellbeing and life chances of people in Sussex living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Headway West Sussex (HWS) provides support and information to people living with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), their carer(s) and family no matter how long ago the brain injury was sustained and for as long as needed.

We visited Broadbridge Heath, so we can better understand the health and social care changes for local people living in a village/town undergoing significant new housing growth.
