Carers Rights Day is about raising awareness of the rights the UK’s 5.7 million unpaid carers are entitled to, and to help them get the support they need and the recognition they deserve.
Self-Care Week is an annual national event dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of self-care for both our physical health and mental wellbeing. This year’s theme, Mind & Body, encourages us to take a broad approach to our health.
Together with Park and Orchard Primary Care Network and Horsham Local Community Network (LCN), we are keen to gain insights into the potential benefits of developing a specific Women’s Health Hub for the benefit of
women in the Horsham District area.
In 2024 we doubled the engagement we achieved in the 2023 Freshers Fairs season, attending 8 fairs across 7 college sites and engaging with around 800 young people across the week.
On World Mental Health Day, let’s all come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs.
