Within the Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS) we provide differing levels of support.
This ranges from giving information and signposting to other support services, learning more about your complaint and discuss options, helping with making an NHS complaint or follow-up correspondents and telephone calls, and support you in local resolution meeting.
